Vegetable Biryani with Mint Raita

Whenever I cook this dish, it fills my home with its mouth watering aroma. I love to add lots of veggies to the biryani to make it as healthy as can be. It goes very nicely with the mint raita I provide on the side.
Ingredients: Rice, Onion, Tomato, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Coriander, Cumin, Green Chilies, Oil, Peas, Cauliflower, Mustard Seed, Mint, Yogurt, Potatoes, Carrots
