Kheer (Side Dish)

This is a simple yet difficult dish to master. I find that the longer you boil the milk, the better the dish comes out. I usually like to let it boil for hours as I cook my main dishes. I flavor it with dry nuts including pistachios, almonds, & cardamom. I don’t like to make it too sweet - this is a great dish to end the meal.
Ingredients: Milk, Sugar, Cardamom, Cashews, Pistachios, Almonds, Rose Water, Rice
