Butter Chicken | with 2 Rotis

Served with 2 Rotis
I marinate the chicken in yogurt and my own blend of spices. I then put it in a velvety red gravy mixture with butter (but not too much), onions, ginger and tomatoes scented with garam masala, cumin and turmeric, with a cinnamon tang.
